This is the non-intimidating and relaxed space where I train clients who prefer not to train at home or in the park: London Fields Fitness Studio. Check out this short film to get a feel for our group activities. As well as great classes, we also do more focused one-to-one work.
Sessions here make use of a variety of equipment like TRX, punchbags, free weights or Kettlebells – but also your own bodyweight. A lot of our training style is functional – we like to get people fit for real life.
If you like fresh air and greenery, we make use of the great London Fields park outside. Tuesday night’s London Fields Boot Camp (6.30pm, only £5 drop in) takes place in the perfect setting for intense – but rewarding – group exercise.
When you’ve finished, London Fields train station is next door or we have coffee shops like the popular E5 Bakehouse as our neighbours. We’re less than five minutes walk from Broadway Market or less than 10 minutes from Hackney Central Overground station. Better still, bring your bike!
